We are a small, concierge wellness practice committed to providing individualized high touch care where you feel heard and well taken care of.

We see patient via telemedicine in FL, WA, and CO, and in person in FL. All initial consultations are completed via telemedicine.

All patients start with a 75 minute new patient consultation. The cost of the initial consultation is $299.

  • We only work with a limited amount of patients at a time so that she has adequate time to listen and address all your questions. Once the spots are filled, enrollment will be placed on a waitlist. To join the practice, all clients must complete an initial consultation so that together you can to determine which path is the best fit for you.

  • No, we are a cash based practice. This is the only way that we can assure we are able to provide the highest quality care and to give our clients the time they need to reach their personal goals.

    However, you can use your insurance for lab testing and any additional testing that may be ordered if applicable.

  • Yes, we sure can. Our primary goal is to help you get to the root cause of your symptoms. My treatment plans always include lifestyle modifications, nutrition, stress relief, coaching, and more. Often, once we address these foundational health concerns, medications are not always necessary. If they are, we can absolutely prescribe the exact formulation you need to thrive. This can include BHRT, thyroid support, and Peptides.

  • Yes, I am able to order standard blood work and imaging tests. I also love to utilize functional medicine testing in my practice such as the DUTCH test to assess hormones, stool testing to assess your gut health, and micronutrient testing to assess your overall nutritional health.

  • I prefer to work with my clients over an extended period of 3 months to 6 months. This allows me to provide a high touch experience that leads to long term sustainable result, that is not obtainable in a one time visit.
